[Vue.js] Node 버전에 의한 오류

지난번 NVM을 설치를 테스트하면서 node의 버전을 수정했던 것이 vue CLI project를 컴파일 하면서 오류를 일으켰다.

nvm use 16.15.0 으로 업데이트 후 성공
